Parent Coach and Educator

About Chelsea
I trained as a Co-Active coach after more than twenty years in the classroom and more than a decade of parenting my own three children.
I was drawn to coaching because I wanted to create space for parents to explore new perspectives, ask different questions, and recognize the insight and resources they already bring to the challenges they face.
My years in education have shown me how deeply parents care, how much pressure families face, and how complicated decisions about children can be. I've also seen how well parents know their children, even when they struggle to trust their own instincts.
Today, I combine my experience in education and child development, expertise in neurodivergence, and my coaching training to help parents find greater clarity, trust their own judgment, and grow into the parents they want to be.
