"Chelsea listens intently. She lovingly probes at areas where I might need to push myself to grow. I leave every conversation that we have with new ways of looking at and understanding challenges that I or my children might be facing." -N.N. parent of 16 and 13 year olds

You might be here if...

Parenting has become more complicated than you expected.

You’re holding questions about your child’s learning, confidence, independence, or future. Maybe you’re navigating a school decision, trying to understand a struggle your child is facing, or wondering how to support them without losing sight of who they are.

You want more than advice or another list of things to try.

You want space to make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with your values. You want flexible strategies to try without judgment, and a chance to move forward with greater clarity, trust, and intention.

Welcome

Why coaching?

Parenting isn't just about helping your child grow. It's about growing alongside them.

When things feel stuck or unsustainable, sometimes what needs to change is the strategy, the perspective, or the way you're approaching the situation. Coaching is a space for change—a place to step back, understand what's happening, and consider what might shift.

Because you are at the center of your parenting relationships, even small shifts in how you understand, respond, and show up can change the dynamics around you. Together, we'll consider what matters most to you—your values, your child, and the relationships you already have—and find ways to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

The goal isn't to become a perfect parent. It's to keep growing into the parent you want to be.

What to expect

Our work begins with what matters most to you.

You may come with a decision you're wrestling with, a pattern in your family that you'd like to understand, or a situation that keeps leaving you feeling stuck. Sometimes you'll arrive with a specific question; other times, you'll simply know that something isn't working the way you'd hoped.

Together, we'll slow down. Through thoughtful conversation, coaching tools, and reflective exercises, we'll untangle what's happening, explore different perspectives, clarify what matters most, and make room for insights that can be difficult to find in the middle of everyday family life.

I'll bring thoughtful questions, two decades of experience working with children and families, and a deep understanding of learning and child development. Together, we'll blend practical strategies with thoughtful reflection, always grounded in your family's values and what matters most to you.

Clarity grows when we slow down enough to really see what's  happening.

Change happens through embodied, sustainable strategies.

About Chelsea

For more than twenty years, I've worked alongside children, adolescents, and families in public, charter, and independent schools.  I'm also a mother of three, currently parenting a high schooler, middle schooler, and fourth grader.

I understand the world of education and achievement from the inside.

I have helped students navigate ambitious goals and competitive environments, and I also know how complicated that journey can be for children and the parents who support them.

I completed professional training through the Co-Active Training Institute, where I learned an approach to coaching grounded in curiosity, deep listening, and thoughtful partnership.

Today, I bring together my coaching training with my experience in education and child development to support parents as they navigate the complex and deeply meaningful work of raising children.

Every family is different, and so is every coaching relationship. My role is to create a space where you can slow down, think more clearly, reconnect with your values, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.

Initial Coaching Package Three 60-minute coaching sessions

Sliding scale: $375–525 ($125–175 per session)

Coaching begins with three sessions. This gives us the time and space to build a strong coaching relationship, understand your family's unique context, clarify what matters most to you, and begin working with the patterns, questions, and challenges that brought you here.

At the end of these sessions, we'll reflect on what you've noticed, what has started to shift, and what kind of support would be most helpful moving forward.

Ongoing Coaching

Together, we'll find a coaching rhythm that supports your family's needs, checking in along the way as your goals evolve. Ongoing coaching is available on the same sliding scale of $125–175 per 60-minute session.
